Heartfelt Creations Wednesday and More Bella Rose

Good morning; I hope you are up and ready to face the day.  We have been having dreary, cool days lately with rain and wind and cold.  They tell me it's Whippoorwill Winter....Yep, that's a Southern thing, I think; but none the less there it is!  We have been in the 40's and 50's and had to turn the heat back on; can you believe it?  Well one good thing about sitting inside is I get to play in my craft room.  So I'm sitting here with my music playing Country and I'm stamping and coloring and pasting, etc.  I'm truly in heaven!

Ok....I've strayed from the beaten path...This week I used HCPC 3392 Bella Rose House PreCut Set to create my card.  This can be found at Heartfelt Creations.  Here is my card:

I stamped the image on watercolor paper and colored with distress inks.  I hope you enjoy this as much as I loved doing it.  This image is one of my favorites as I have a thing for birdhouses and butterflies.

Thanks for stopping by this morning and visiting for awhile. I always enjoy your visits and if you have time leave me a comment and tell me what you think.  Remember....take a little time for yourself and "Breathe".

Sorry to hear you are having dreary weather, Glenda. Our temperatures have come down from the high 90's(unbearable with the humidity) to the high 80's( still too warm when there is no breeze). It is like we are having months in reverse, February was warm, March was cool, April was hot!!! and May is reasonable, go figure! Love your card, the background is such a nice one and I love the birdhouse and flowers as well! A birdhouse card would be nice to make today! Hugs to you and stay warm!

When I saw you card today with the roses around the bird house I though of your earlier post "Stop and Smell the Roses".

Glenda, this is absolutely beautiful! The pink and blue are perfect together and I like how there is a touch of blue in the roof of your birdhouse - exceptional color choices!

Glenda this is so beautiful. Your coloring is always perfect. I love seeing all your Heartfelt Creations "masterpieces". I never heard of "Whippoorwill Weather". Our Spring is way behind schedule. Just thankful we don't live by all the terrible floods.

There are few things I love more than being in my craft room on a rainy day. Being in the garden on a sunny day is what I'd like to have now, but it seems rain is the flavor of the day most everywhere this spring. Something beautiful came out of your craft room today! Love your coloring and the image!
