Another Heartfelt Creations Wednesday....

Good morning everyone!  I'm going to try and set this post to go live on a schedule as I will be away this morning...So if you are seeing this, I did it!  I have tried this a couple of times before and a couple of times It messed up, so we will cautiously do the settings and hopefully everything will be wonderful.

This morning I'm sharing another card that I did for Heartfelt Creations.  The stamp I used is from HCPC 3402 Bella Rose Heart PreCut Set and can be purchased at the link above.

You can visit the Heartfelt Creations Blog  for all the instructions for this card.  I love this sentiment and hopefully, I did a pretty good job showcasing it!  I just love the white on white look and hope you enjoy this as much as I do.  Some of the girls are doing a blog hop this morning, but since I have to be away, I decided I wouldn't chance doing a scheduled post for that, just in case.....So I will be back tomorrow and share my creation.  You can get all the specifics about the Blog Hop at the Blog link above and try and visit all the participants; there will be some beauty shared along the way.....I promise!  So get your hopping shoes on and go visit the Heartfelt Creations Blog and get started!

Hopefully, as you read this, I will be on my way to take my daughter for another steroid injection into a herniated disk.  She was doing so well with the first shot, but had a set back so we are hoping the second one will make her so much better.  She can have three in this series and then she would have to wait for several months before she could do it again.  If this doesn't work, we will more than likely be facing surgery.  Keep her in your prayers!

OK, that is it for me this morning.  I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that this works!
Have a great day and remember to take a little time and "Breathe"!

Heartfelt Creations Wednesday and More Bella Rose

Good morning; I hope you are up and ready to face the day.  We have been having dreary, cool days lately with rain and wind and cold.  They tell me it's Whippoorwill Winter....Yep, that's a Southern thing, I think; but none the less there it is!  We have been in the 40's and 50's and had to turn the heat back on; can you believe it?  Well one good thing about sitting inside is I get to play in my craft room.  So I'm sitting here with my music playing Country and I'm stamping and coloring and pasting, etc.  I'm truly in heaven!

Ok....I've strayed from the beaten path...This week I used HCPC 3392 Bella Rose House PreCut Set to create my card.  This can be found at Heartfelt Creations.  Here is my card:

I stamped the image on watercolor paper and colored with distress inks.  I hope you enjoy this as much as I loved doing it.  This image is one of my favorites as I have a thing for birdhouses and butterflies.

Thanks for stopping by this morning and visiting for awhile. I always enjoy your visits and if you have time leave me a comment and tell me what you think.  Remember....take a little time for yourself and "Breathe".

To Cheer You.......

Good morning everyone...I hope you are up and ready to go because it is Monday all over the place!   Do you have your week planned out yet?  I have lots to do this week.  I'm hoping to get the back porch cleaned off and ready to sit outside.

This morning I want to share another card I did for Heartfelt Creations.  You can find these wonderful stamps here:  heartfeltcreations.us

You know, sometimes it is amazing what you will find hidden away if you look.  This old embossing stencil was purchased back in 1997 and I had put it away and I'm not sure I ever used it; but it came in handy for this card.  I have a whole case of these stencils....I really need to go through it and pick out some and work with them again.  They are very pretty, I think.  Now If I could just remember what I did with my light box and cutting tools!

Hope your Monday is filled with many blessings and lots of sunshine!  And always remember to take a moment and "Breathe"!!

Mother's Day Card.....

Good morning everyone.  Hope you realize it is Friday and almost the weekend!  Since this is Mother's Day weekend I decided to make a card for the day.  Here are the details of the card:

Card Size 6” X 6”

Heartfelt Creations Products:
HCPC 3323 Large Elegant Word Background PreCut Set
HCPC 3389 Sentiment for Mom PreCut Set

You can visit Heartfelt Creations and purchase any of these products.

Make card base 6” X 6” and set aside. Cut a 5” X 5” piece of white cardstock and stamp with the background stamp using Memento Rich Cocoa. Cut a piece of tissue paper and glue to the stamped cardstock. (I used some tissue paper that lined my spray box for Pearl Ex sprays)  Make sure it is crumpled and distressed looking. Torn edges are fine here. Mount this onto base card and set aside. Cut beaded ovals and then use Classic Ovals Small to cut out the center of the beaded oval piece. Put cardstock back into the beaded oval die and sponge with Broken China Distress Ink. Stamp the sentiment onto cardstock and cut out using Classic Ovals Large Die attach it to the back of the frame using 3-D Zots to elevate it from the rest of the card. Attach to the card. Cut out Foliage and flower petals and spray with Pearl Ex Spray. Once dry, emboss to give dimension. Glue the flower layers together and add pearl to the center; edge the petals with stickles. Arrange the foliage and flowers around the center frame of the card. I glued several stamens together and inserted as an accent piece. Punch out the butterfly and Edge with Distress inks; spray with Pearl Ex and when dry add stickles to make it sparkle. Attach to the card and it is ready to go.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend and enjoy Mother's Day.  I get to have a visit from my daughter and  my Grandson.  I'm so looking forward to their visit.  Remember to take time to "Breathe"!

Heartfelt Creations Wednesday!

We have made it to Wednesday once again and I'm happy to see this week on a down hill slide!  I have dug in the dirt until my back is screaming and I truly need a rest!  This morning I have another card to share with you using the Heartfelt Creations Spring Cardinal Collection .  Have I said before how very much I have loved working with these designs?  I'm sure I did, several times over...because I do just love these images.  You can go to the Heartfelt Creations store using the above link and see this collection as well as many others for sale.  All of their stamps a very high quality rubber and make a perfect image each and every time you use them!

I stamped my image, extra cardinals and extra flowers onto watercolor paper and colored with distress inks. I cut out the main image and laid aside. Cut out the extra cardinals with the die and glue them to the original image. Cut out the flowers and emboss them with UTEE Embossing Powder to make them look like glass and glued a pearl to the centers; then I glued them to the main image.  I then embossed white cardstock with my embossing folder and stamped sentiment to the center of the card front. Glued the main image onto card base and the card is ready to go.

Well that is about it from me today...I'm thinking I'm going to need a nap this afternoon.  I'm still moving a little slow since I planted all my flowers Monday.  So wherever you are and whatever you are doing, just take a moment to "Breathe"!  Stop and smell the flowers....(the ones I planted on Monday).  Have a great day and a wonderful rest of the week!

Another Beautiful Weekend.....

HAPPY SATURDAY!..... Good morning everyone....it is finally the weekend...we made it.  With all the intense storms moving through the area this week I wasn't so sure.  For awhile there I thought we might wake up in Kansas!  We went to bed right in the middle of the storms and asked God to watch over us through the night...the storms raged and we slept and the worst passed over us and landed north of us.

This morning I want to share another Heartfelt Creations item I made.

This is a wall hanging I did using Spellbinders dies and HCPC 3389 Sentiments For Mom and HCD 703 Daisy Patch Die from  Heartfelt Creations .  You can visit their site and I'm sure you will find something that you just can't live without!  Their stamps are such good quality and they are so very pretty and can be used no matter what your style.  I cut out the flowers with the die and colored the centers then sprayed with Pearl Ex spray.  Then I embossed them and added Flower Soft to the centers.

I hope you enjoy this, I'm really pleased with the way it turned out.  Have a wonderful weekend and remember to "Breathe"!!
