Re-visiting Parchment Craft.......

I was going through a drawer Friday and found this little angel that I did way back when, so I decided to put her on a card and add her to my stash for Christmas...I also found some pieces that I had already traced off and so I'm working on those as we speak.  I find that you never forget the craft, but you do, however, get a little rusty....so I definitely need to practice.  I love the look of whitework and almost all my pieces are just that.  I think when you add a colored piece of cardstock behind the piece it just makes it pop, and it can look so elegant.  I never mastered the coloring techniques because I love this look so much...I hope you enjoy this little angel....

This is so pretty, Glenda! It reminds me of something... soapstone, maybe? It looks like a sculpture. What a beautiful card it made into. Good thing you saved it!
