The colors for our challenge this week are Pink, Green and Cream or White. Come on and Play along with us! I love these colors and so I made two cards for this challenge! A little over kill! My first card is just a saying (G2199 - Thoughts and Prayers) stamped in Bundled Sage Distress Ink. I used Spellbinders dies to add layers and for texture I used a Cuttlebug Folder, Swiss Dots. The pink flowers are home made and the centers are pearls from my stash. This would work well for sympathy card.
My next card is using stamp #G3192 (Peony) stamped and embossed in gold. I then used my Copic markers to color and shade. I mounted the flower onto two Spellbinders Classic Frame with the middles cut out, then glued them together to make the frame. I cut squares of pink and black card stock and mounted it on white card stock. I tied a bow with some silk ribbon from my stash and a few pearls to highlight the framing piece and the card is done.
Now let's see what you can do! Just use the colors listed and Just For Fun Stamps if you have them, if not it is OK to use whatever you have. Go to the JFF Blog and use the "Submission Link" at the bottom of the post and link back to your card or project. We look forward to seeing what you do!
