What's on Your Workdesk? Week #542....

Pardon me while I do a bit of dusting and brushing away of the cobwebs as I haven't been here for a whole week!  Just been doing my own thing and not posting here at all!  But now it is time for me to photograph my workdesk and share with you what is happening here!  If you would like to become one of us just head over to Julia's blog and have a look around the instructions for linking your blog to the hop are listed there and we would love to have you with us!

The state of my desk is shocking really, as I should be in full on Christmas mode but I'm just not feeling it!  I did make 3 Christmas cards earlier this week and a few more of the little boxes but nothing that was worthy of a photo shoot!  I will wait and wait until I become like a deer in the headlights and then I will really begin to mean business.  My attention span is so short and there are too many things here to distract me!

Well that is it for me this morning!  I'm off to link up and have a look around over at Julia's

My mind is buzzing with christmas projects but I have too much else going on - would love to be able to lock myself in the craft room for a week! I also find blind panic is a good motivator - but not good for the stress levels! Hope you get your mojo on soon. Happy Wednesday Cindy #19

Ah Glenda it’s great to her that from you. It’s absolutely why my desk is even messier than usual, I just am not feeling it, it’s been like pulling teeth! Ah well, as long as I make the most when I am feeling it, I guess it’ll balance out! I know though, just from the look of those dies that you’re going to make some beautiful cards and they’re going to make me wish I was as patient and skilled as you are. Roll on the feeling!

Hi Glenda. thanks for visiting me earlier. I think we all have days when creativity just wont come. Pressure of work has a wonderful way of pointing you in the right direction lol

Oh good afternoon girl friend. Busy day, and I'm with you on the Christmas, I barely have done any creating for Halloweeen. So many supplies here and lots of ideas but the umph is not here. Your desk is ALWAYS neat, organized and has fun things to create with. Have a great week Enjoy the things you love.

Your desk is extremely tidy, Glenda. I don't know why, but when mine isn't in use, it gets more and more untidy! It's horrible when your mojo disappears, especially when you need it in full force to meet a deadline. I'm more concerned these days that my stash of birthday cards has run to dangerously low levels and I really must get back into studio mode and get back to my desk. Now that I've finished the slippers, maybe...

Thank you for your visit and I'm glad you like the finished slippers! Also, we are thrilled with the new car. I've sat in it, but not yet been for a ride in it! My hubby has been out and about as usual and is very pleased with it.

Happy WOYWW,

I’ve bought a few Christmas presents as I like to buy from British crafters and tend to get things as I see them and keep them in a drawer ready.
Not made cards for years though it’s not my thing anymore but I so admire people who do make them and love to see what they come up with

Maybe when your Christmas mojo comes back it will bring mine with it and then we can both get started in earnest. Good luck to you!

I have cards to get done my next week but think I am going to leave them and just do the birthday card for the 2 November.

Thank you for your visit to my blog,

That's a nice clean work space, even when I am not doing anything mine is cluttered. At least when you get the Christmas mojo you have a ready space to work in.
That for dropping by at my desk

I feel you, Glenda. I think I need to finish with Halloween and Thanksgiving before I can go full bore on Christmas. Your desk looks nice!
