WOYWW #534...

Good morning friends!  Wednesday has rolled around and it is once again time for me to share my work desk with you.  Every week on Wednesday, we all come together and share our space and link up at Julia's blog then we can visit each other in a world wide blog hop of sorts!  Julia is the creator and hostess of this get together and we love her for it.  If you are curious about this just head over to Julia's blog and have a look around.  All the instructions are right there at the top of the page, so come join us!

This photo was taken a couple of days ago but since I finished this Christmas card there hasn't been a lot going on here in my craft room.  I've been doing other things but I wanted to show you this card as I shared the shaker portion of it last week.  Now it's all finished and ready to go!

I really like how it turned out and I just love this little sleigh full of packages!  I've only just begun my cards so I really need to keep going.  I just get waylaid and wind up doing other things until suddenly its crunch time and it's do or die for Christmas!  Are you like that?

Well that does it for me this morning.  I'm off to visit as many of you as I can.  Have a great rest of the week and go be creative!

I know where you are coming from with being drawn elsewhere when we are in need of staying put and completing what we started. What a beautiful shaker card, love it's colour and the images are so sweet. Beautiful design.
Thanks for sharing WoywW Glenda, wishing you all the best with the rest of those C cards Tracey #15

Hi Glenda, your desk is so pretty today - it's the patterned paper and the beautiful card that's doing it. That's a lovely stamp - the dear is very cute. Good luck with making your Christmas cards. If I didn't participate in a couple of challenges fairly regularly I'd be having to run at them at the last minute too. Have a great week. Elizabeth x #19

Hi Glenda. Aren't we all like that really??? Have a start at something - then get waylaid... I do like that finished card - I loved it last week, and now it's finished it's gorgeous. I'm afraid my Christmas cards have been... erm... waylaid! for the time being. Thanks for your good wishes re my trip - it's my "gap year" - didn't have one at 18, so am having it 50 years later. Since my hubby died and I am on my own it's quite different being able to up sticks and go! No need at the moment to think about packing oxygen, or a mobility scooter.
Take care. God bless.

Hi Glenda, brilliant card but Oh I start to get worried! I haven't even thought about Christmas yet. This is a card that anyone would love to receive. Wishing you a lovely week and a very happy woyww, Angela x8x

I am exactly like that. I put out a big announcement straight after Christmas last year that to any of my family and friends who wanted made gifts - that's what I was doing this year. How many have I made? None. How many have I started? None. Seems like 5 minutes ago it was last Christmas. Well done on getting your cards under way - I love the colours on this one - not the usual combinations. It's lovely.

Oh, my gosh, look how cute this is! By all means, keep on going! There's nothing but pre-trip mess on my desk right now. I need to stamp!

The card is lovely Glenda. I must admit that the only Christmas crafting I've done so far is sample making, I usually lave it until October to do anything for myself. Happy WOYWW. Sarah #7

OMG what an adorable scene! I was anxious to see what you were doing with this oval scenery from last post and I truly LOVE what you've put together! The sleigh & deer are precious and just the perfect finishing touch!! Happy Day to you my friend and yes ... somehow no matter how many Christmas cards I get done ahead of time ... I'm always rushing to get enough for mailing. Have a great one!

I am terrifically easy to distract when it comes to making Christmas stuff. Im jolly good at it and get all sorts of great ideas on about the 27th December whenI have time to myself and no agenda! Love the shaker card, that little sleigh full of pressies is so sweet, and the sparkly snow is just lovely. That is a very good light on your desk isnt it...thought I was in for interrogation at first!

Hi the Glenda I’m really really late.
Yesss am so agreeing with you. It’s a really gorgeous shaker card, I’m making one too at mo but nothing like that it’s a baby card, really really tricky die cutting to get shaker bit as not meant fir that of course typical me I had to make it harder!
I’m up to 37 Christmas cards but as need double that at least I can’t get complacent!
Happy very belated WOYWW. Thanks for sharing, Shaz in Oz.x #4
