On My Desk This Morning....
Good Friday morning friends! I'm here just doing a quick run through with a card I just finished using the Heartfelt Creations Wild Aster flower stamps and dies. I chose a pretty paper to go with the gorgeous blue of these flowers! I can't seem to get enough of playing with these flowers! The pretty background dies are also Heartfelt Creations...HCD1-7308 Majestic Swirl Frames. Can you tell I love it?
Well I'm off to do a few chores; I've being doing everything except housework this morning! The weekend is almost here so enjoy!

Heartfelt Creations Design Team Announcement.....
Good morning friends! The cat is finally out of the bag! I made the final cut for the Heartfelt Creations 2020-21 Design Team! I am so happy and have been waiting patiently to be able to announce this wonderful bit of news! For all of you supporting me and voting for me along the way, my heartfelt thanks goes out to you!
This shaped card is one I made in the beginning of the running. It's a shaped card made with HCD1-7263 Swirly Accent Spray Die, HCD1-7156 Eyelet Oval & Basics Small Die and HCD1-7157 Eyelet Oval & Basics Large Die. The flowers are made using HCPC-3858 Tulip Time Cling Stamps and HCD1-7218 Tulip Time Die. Everything is showered with glitter for the finish!
Thank you guys for having faith in me and voting for me along the way and thank you Heartfelt Creations! I promise to work hard and make you proud!

Just for You.....
This new die is called Decorative Circle frames and I love it! I see this staying on my desk for awhile before it is put away. A shaped card with some pretty Lilac and Pansy flowers with background leaves just makes me happy!

This month I made a tag featuring the Calla Lily collection! I love making these flowers and I colored some seam binding to match the pink in the flowers. I used the Sweetheart Borders die to go down the side of the tag. It doesn't show very well in my photo but it is a really nice addition!

WOYWW #568......
Good Wednesday morning to you all and Welcome to my world. I have been missing in action for a couple of weeks but I'm back. Thanks to Julia at Stamping Ground for being our hostess each week! If you are curious about this blog hop just pop over to her blog and have a look around.
All is well here, I just had some "stuff" to do. I'm hoping you are all well too! I'm still in the middle of Spring clean-up outside and it's do a little and rest a lot. The weather is warm one day and cool the next so I haven't been eager to play in water. I finally got my front porch finished yesterday and I'm so glad. Now the back porch is next! You would think that being self isolated I would do better but I still do not enjoy this cleaning!
My desk isn't too busy this morning as I haven't had much time to play so I'm showing a couple of new dies from Heartfelt Creations. These were my most recent to receive and I'm just looking them over getting ready to do some die cutting to see what I will use them for. I am really excited about the box and can't wait to play!
Well that is it for me this morning. I am off to visit as many of you as I can. Have a lovely rest of the week!

WOYWW#565....
Hello everyone and welcome to my world! Thankfully it is Wednesday and it seems to be the only day I actually remember in each week. I have self isolated but did get out yesterday and got a few groceries and visited the pharmacy. One of the grocery stores in my area is now offering curbside pickup for groceries and I'm very grateful! So what is happening in your world? This morning we can visit with each other by way of linking our desks. Julia is our hostess at Stamping Ground. We may have to be isolated but we still have each other!
It's more flower making for me. I sit here and play as I watch the world go by outside my craftroom window. I'm once again making Calla Lilies and day dreaming about my list of outside chores for when the temps rise. Spring clean-up time is here in East Tennessee and the Dogwood trees are beginning to bloom as well as some of my early Iris. That will most likely be my photo for next week.
Well this is it for me this morning as I prepare to begin my day. Keep well my friends!

Heartfelt Creations March, 2020 Alumni Blog Hop

I chose the Wild Rose Collection to make the flowers for my card. I absolutely adore these flowers and can see them gracing the front of many of my cards in the future! I have not purchased the molds yet but they are on my most wanted list. These roses and leaves were all hand shaped with lots of love. I hope you enjoy seeing them here!
I wanted a different shade of prills for my flower centers than I had so I used the white Minnie Pearl Prills and spooned some out onto an ink pad then rubbed my finger over them until I was happy with the color then I let them roll into the tray and dry. I know sometimes I'm just too picky about these things but it is what it is. I also colored my seam binding to match. Just lay down some color on your work pad and spray water into the ink. Then I wet my seam binding and swished the binding through the puddle; scrunch it up and allow to dry.
