Good morning my blogging friends! It is Wednesday and once again time to share another project I did for Heartfelt Creations! I can't tell you how much I missed being able to play last Wednesday. Today, I'm a happy camper since I'm back up and running.
This morning my project is a decorative piece that can be displayed on an easel or made into a wall hanging. I chose to use the easel. This idea is inspired by a Tim Coffee video I saw and I loved the look and so here is my take on it. I used all Heartfelt Creations stamps and just started to play. The idea is to stamp the images and then outline with hot glue. This is quite difficult for me and it takes an extremely steady hand but I still love the results. Once you get everything outlined you paint over everything, then crackle everything and do some color washes and shimmer sprays and suddenly everything begins to come together. I think it turned out with a sort of Shabby look and feel to it and I love the soft colors that came through!
