For more tips on creating with the Tulip Time collection, watch the tutorial at https://youtu.be/rfYMxeNBmJk.
Instructions: Click here to view a larger photo of this project. Cut a piece of the paper collection to fit the frame and use the E6000 glue to attach to the back. Set aside to dry. Stamp the flowers using Rich Cocoa Memento Ink and the fillers with Majestic Violet ink. Use coordinating die to cut out.

Using the water brush and Distress Ink, color the flowers and leaves and set aside to dry. Add glitter to the flowers and fillers and set aside to dry. Once dry, cut a few of the flowers to fit into the bottom of the frame and glue them down. Add the filler pieces behind the flowers and glue them down. Next pick one of the sentiments from the paper collection and cut it out. Use the E6000 glue to adhere to the front of the frame.

Good Morning, thanks for the visit. Your shabby frame is really a fun project. I should make similar for my mother. I've plenty of frames in the store room. I could not get to the you tube video. Flowers so remind me of spring and I hope its really soon ! Thurs/Fri winter storms again and bitter cold. Enjoy a good week. Keeping my fingers crossed.

That frame is just so right with the Heartfelt flowers, Glenda! They're beautifully colored and just the right bit of sparkle. The paper behind them is perfect, too. Love!
