Wading Tilda.....

Good morning everyone.  It is finally Friday and time for me to share another card with you.  I just love this image and think she is so cute wading in the water.  I used distress inks to color her and then Spellbinders dies and then I used a piece of card stock that had been run through my Distrezz-It-All to be the base layer.  I used some pretty white flowers and some Marianne leaf dies and then all that was mounted onto a piece of pretty Prima paper.  Card size is 4 1/4 X 5 1/2.  I can just tell this is going to be one of my favorite images for awhile.

What do you have planned for the weekend?  There won't be much going on here.  It will be spent quietly, like old folks do.   So no matter where you wind up or what you are doing, take a moment for yourself and just breathe!

She is one sweet little girl wading in that water. Love your flowers but then we all know how good you are with flowers! Love it!

Cute card! Do you use the cut n dry nibs to color with distress ink? Do you sharpen them or toss and use a new one when the tip gets mushy?

This Tilda is adorable and so perfect for summer! The flowers look like little magnolias, which are blooming right now in my part of NC... gorgeous flowers.

Adorable! Love the flowers and leaf die cuts and your beautiful watercoloring. I really need to shop for some of those leaf dies. They add so much to the card.

Hi there Glenda your little Tilda is sooo cute - worst part about crafting is time to do all these lovely things - have two Tilda's and have yet to use them properly in a card - funny that - or maybe not funny but bad.. love how you dont go too overboard with things like some folks seem to with Tilda etc, Shaz.x
