WOYWW #568......

Good Wednesday morning to you all and Welcome to my world.  I have been missing in action for a couple of weeks but I'm back. Thanks to Julia at Stamping Ground for being our hostess each week! If you are curious about this blog hop just pop over to her blog and have a look around.

All is well here, I just had some "stuff" to do. I'm hoping you are all well too!  I'm still in the middle of Spring clean-up outside and it's do a little and rest a lot.  The weather is warm one day and cool the next so I haven't been eager to play in water.  I finally got my front porch finished yesterday and I'm so glad.  Now the back porch is next!  You would think that being self isolated I would do better but I still do not enjoy this  cleaning!

My desk isn't too busy this morning as I haven't had much time to play so I'm showing a couple of new dies from Heartfelt Creations.  These were my most recent to receive and I'm just looking them over getting ready to do some die cutting to see what I will use them for.  I am really excited about the box and can't wait to play!

Well that is it for me this morning.  I am off to visit as many of you as I can.  Have a lovely rest of the week!

Good Morning Glenda. It's kinda of fun to get some fun mail. Hope you have lots of fun with it. Will be great to see once you get time to play. I'm not up to a post this week. Storming here, high winds and temps dropping. House is cold. I work on a clean out project each day. And then REST, muscles and endurance just not like it use to be. Have a good week, Stay Safe.

Glad to hear that all is well Glenda. Hope you manage to motivate yourself to finish the second porch. It will be nice to sit out and read or craft when the weather becomes a little more consistent. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #6

I second that thought on cleaning. I have more time to clean but doesn't make me like it any more than I did before. I am waiting for it to get warm enough to open our side deck. It's screened in with our furniture pushed to the side with tarps covering them. When it gets warm enough we will remove everything (blah) and repaint the floor then we can open up the furniture. Now you can see why I am not so thrilled about cleaning. ha ha. That box die is lovely. I can't wait for you to play with it so you can show us one. It's so pretty! Stay well.

That looks to be a nice box Glenda. Btw - did you make the design team? I am sorry I forgot to ask way back. Rude of me, sorry.
As I said I don't seem to have enough time in the days at the moment but I certainly won't be doing any gardening and such with this bad back of mine. I just wish there was something could be done to make it better than it is but it does not appear to be so. How on earth do you manage with an acre> Ours is not that big and it really is daunting.

Glad to hear that you are well. I know what you mean - cleaning is not my favourite pastime either. I am using this enforced time at home to try and sort my garden, but it is tiny in comparison to yours. Happy WOYWW. Stay safe and take care. With love and God Bless, Caro x (#25)

Morning Glenda. Glad you are keeping well - and I know what you mean... Technically we have much more time with lockdown... but somehow, I'm really enjoying taking life at a slower pace - listening to the birds, watching the flowers... Should I dare to say "long may it last"??? Or will I be lynched, do you think. Have fun with those new dies - enjoy playing!
Take care. Stay safe. God bless.

That is such a pretty box die from Heartfelt Creations - they do lovely stuff don't they. I quite agree with you about cleaning - I am trying to do a little of everything each day - some cleaning, some gardening, some sewing of bags for our hospital staff, some crafting and I've yet to start the decorating - I'm saving that for when the weather turns bad and I'm stuck indoors! I time myself and that way I don't overdo the fun stuff and skimp on the less enjoyable stuff!
Hope you have a good week and enjoy trying our your lovely stash,

Nope I don't enjoy cleaning either!! I have done a few extra bits, but mainly just keeping things ticking over with a bit more disinfecting and wiping down than I might normally do. A little bit of work and a lot of rest sounds perfect to me! Like the look of that box die, sure you'll do something marvellous with it. Stay Safe, Stay well, Happy WOYWW Cindy #18

You're going to make the most beautiful little boxes with that die! I've always enjoyed your boxes. I need to do some things outside, but same here with the warm days/cold days/dry days/wet days. Enjoy your time, whether inside or out!

sorry I’m late. I would like to say I’ve been busy cleaning, but like you, all the time in the world and I’m still reluctant. Like you, I am doing it, but I’m certainly not addicted! Well, that box die is right up your street, by the time you finish with it it will be a thing of beauty and I shall be looking to copy! I make up a box and then go completely blank about embellishing it! I wonder if flowers will feature! ha Ha, I make myself laugh if no one else!!

Morning Glenda, sounds like you have been a busy bee too. Always good to take our mind off things and great to look back on when those jobs are finished. You'll have even more space to sit and think up the next creative design or project now. Enjoy your days & I look forward to seeing what you create using your new goodies, take care of yourself Tracey #3
