Inspiration Wednesday with Heartfelt Creations ... Special Tulip Day...

Good morning everyone!  It's been a cold few days here in East Tennessee but we are beginning to moderate a bit.  We haven't had much snow to speak of and I long for some beautiful white stuff.  I love looking out my craft room window to see it snow and watching the birds at my feeder.  It just makes me a happy girl.

Now down to the business at hand!  We are talking about tulips in the house!  They definitely scream Spring and Heartfelt Creations Tulip Time Collection  has made it easy to create a lovely card for someone special!

Other Products: Watercolor paper, 080 Violet Zig Clean Color Real Brush Marker, 081 Light Violet Zig Clean Color Real Brush Marker, 026 Light Pink Zig Clean Color Real Brush Marker, Peeled Paint, Tea Die and Vintage Photo Distress Inks, Dimensional Tape
Instructions: Card size is 4 1/4 x 5 1/2". Make card base and cover with one of the card fronts from the Tulip Time paper collection. Add glitter here and there and set aside to dry.
Stamp the flowers and leaves and the wagon with Rich Cocoa Memento Ink onto watercolor paper and use coordination dies to cut out. Color using daubers and the water brush along with Distress Ink and Zig markers.
Slip some of the tulips and leaves down inside the slit on the wagon bed and glue into place. Use other tulips as a foreground for the fence. Add glitter to the flowers and leaves and allow to dry.

Use dimensional tape to adhere the wagon and then glue the other tulips with the dries clear adhesive. Cut out the tag and adhere to the card front with dimensional tape.

OH MY what a beautiful scene! Makes me want to go for a walk but we still have too much of the 'white stuff' on the ground although with yesterday's rain, the 10" reduced quite quickly. Love the dimension of this card with the wagon of tulips and your coloring is fabulous! LOVE it and can't wait to see a colorful view like this outside my window ... but guess I'll have to wait awhile longer! LOL Hugs

Oooh, this reminds me of a Thomas Kinkade painting. So beautiful! The cart of tulips is the cutest! I imagine some people would like to share their snow with you. I'd like to have some, too, but gently, gently... and no driving!
