Inspiration Wednesday with Heartfelt Creations...

Good morning friends!  I hope  your New Year Holiday was a safe and happy one and that you are ready to get started into the New Year!  I'm here this morning to share another card using the Floral Fashionista Collection  from Heartfelt Creations and it is my last offering as next week we begin working with the new Tulip Time Collection.  Be sure and come back next Wednesday as we debut that!

I made a Tri-Shutter card using the beautiful paper from the collection and I made lots of these sweet little flowers to grace the panels.  I hope you like it!

Other Products: White Cardstock, Green Cardstock, Dimensional Tape

My card size is 4 1/4  X 5 1/2.  There are many instructions for this type of card on the Internet.  I just found and followed instructions.  Once the base card is made cover with pieces of the paper collection and set aside.

I found one of the smaller card fronts (2 3/4 X 3 3/4).  Cut this out and mat with a piece of green cardstock.  Stamp the sentiment onto the front and apply dimensional tape to one side of this and apply to the left panel.  Add glitter and allow to dry.

Stamp flowers and leaves and cut out using coordinating dies.  I used the daubers and ink to color and then ran the leaves and flowers through their molds and set out to dry.  Add prills to the centers of the flowers and glitter to the edges and set aside to dry.  Once everything is dry, glue down on the panels and allow to dry.  The card is finished.

BEAUTIFUL! I love tri-shutter cards and haven't made one in a long, long time ... thanks for inspiration! Can't wait to see what the new release has for us and I know your creations will be amazing ... tulip huh! Love tulips! (we have been experiencing some unseasonably warm temperatures here in Ohio and would you believe my tulips & hyacinth are popping up out of the ground! Grrr) Happy New Year my friend!
