Other Supplies: Tag, Cuttlebug Folder Foundry, Victorian Velvet, Chipped Sapphire and Frayed Burlap Distress Inks, Scor-Tape, Seam Binding, Lace, Dimensional Tape, Canson Watercolor Paper
Instructions:
My tag is 3 1/8 X 6 1/4. Cut a piece of the paper collection and distress the edges then glue to the front of the tag. Next run the tag through your die cut machine and embossing folder. Use Victorian Velvet ink to rub over the embossed part of the tag. Next adhere a piece of lace to the bottom of the tag using Scor-Tape. Cut a piece of seam binding and wet it and scrunch then set aside to dry. Stamp, cut out and color the flowers and leaves and then shape them. Next I glued the Prills into the center of the flowers and set them aside to dry. Stamp, cut out and color the bird on watercolor paper. Then I found a sentiment piece on the paper and cut it out and edged it with the Chipped Sapphire ink and used dimensional tape to pop it up. I also used dimensional tape behind the little bird to give him some more dimension as well. Next I tied a piece of the seam binding through the hole of the tag and I also tied a bow and used Scor-Tape to adhere it to the top of the lace. The only thing left is to decide where you want the flowers and leaves placed and glue them into place.

Wow...absolutely gorgeous tag!!!
What a beautiful tag Glenda! I just love this little bird and always forget I have them in my stash until I see you used it like today. Guess I need to die cut several and have them on hand. Thanks for awesome inspiration my friend! Happy Day to you!!
I'm drawn immediately to your embossing which you've enhanced so beautifully with ink and distressing and every lovely added component. Sweet little bird. I can never get enough of them. Pretty drift of flowers over the lace border. Gorgeous, Glenda!
