I used the "By the Sea" collection from Graphic 45 for my card and just did layers and buttons on the front. There is a button with a piece of white string tied in the center on the top layer. I just noticed that my buttons are not showing that well here. I can see this card going along to one of my grandsons or one of the other men in my life. I will enclose a check and write on the inside. I still need more for the very near future so stand by for more birthday cards!
That is all from me this morning. Take time for you and remember to "Breathe"!

A perfect masculine card! I love that piece of designer paper that says "mermaids wanted". I can see the buttons just fine, but I know there's nothing like seeing it in real life. We viewers never know what we're missing, so it looks great to us. I recently used up all my birthday cards so I'm working on replenishing, too. Yes, it's a good idea to keep a few all occasion cards for those times you don't have one specific for the occasion.
Sounds like you have a good system going! This card is perfect for any of the 'guys' in the family. Great job and I'm sure it will be appreciated! Busy time of year for you with all the veggies coming in ... I know my daughter is on a roll with her canning too. Have a great day and by all means try to stay cool ... this heat is brutal!! Hugs from Ohio!
A fab guy card! Love that plaid paper and the"mermaids wanted" bit. :) Hugs
Another great guy card, Glenda, I don't know how I missed this, sorry to be so late. It is raining again! Yeah!
