The Sisterhood of Crafters - Pink and Lavendar

Good morning everyone and welcome to a brand new challenge over at The Sisterhood of Crafters.  The challenge is a color challenge:

                                               "Pink and Lavendar"
                                           Use this photo as inspiration:

I love this fence and wish mine looked this way.  It just speaks to me; what could be more wonderful than to walk past this on a summer day and smell those roses!

I bowed the fence a bit and then added the flowers down the side.  You can barely see it but there is lavendar ribbon tucked in there.  I also fell in love with the way these butterflies turned out and just had to use them.

Now it's your turn to create a project and link it to The Sisterhood's blog; I can't wait to see what you make.

I'm entering this in the following challenges:
Craft Your Passion - Always Anything Goes
Crafting From The Heart - Anything Goes
MelonHeadz Friends - Flowers Everywhere

Supply List:
HCD1-758 Botanical Wings Die
HCD 701 Posy Patch Die
Ranger Distress Inks
Hero Arts Poetic Prints - Two Butterflies
Prima Bird Song Paper
Gold Leaf Pen
Flourishes Life Lines
White Half Pearls Colored With Pink Marker
Spellbinders Wrought Iron Die

Oh Glenda I just LOVE this card! That fence is perfectly ornate with your gorgeous flowers! You are certainly the queen of flowers in my book! The bowing of the fence and the precious butterflies make me yurn to go outside for a walk ... in fact, I've spent the last few hours in my cave and I think I'll do just that and get a breath of fresh air. LOVELY card my friend ... SO GLAD you are a part of our Sisterhood! Well done!

OOh Glenda this is a gorgeous take on the inspiration! I too love the fence and the lavender spoke to me before the roses, but it's all lovely! I saw your comment over at Sylvia's and just wanted you to know that I don't believe for a minute that you're a stick-in-the-mud.......WOYWW is about doing it when you want to!

I would LOVE to have that fence with exactly those flowers in front of my house. The deer would eat it down overnight, probably, and then we wouldn't have the privacy I so enjoy, of course. Our big hedge means I can wander around outside in my jammies with bed head in the mornings. Well, if I can't have the real fence I'll take your fence and pretty flowers any day of the week! Those butterflies look almost real. Such a gorgeous card, Glenda!
