What's on Your Workdesk? Wednesday #257

Good morning everyone and welcome to another Wednesday as I show the little bit of clutter on my desk.  If you are wondering about this you can go over to Julia's blog and read all about this wonderful little get together she hosts each and every Wednesday.  I love to participate as it gives me a chance to visit some of the other crafters all over the world and see what they are into.  There are all kinds of crafters for all walks of life and in the most unusual places and I just love this little snoop!

I saw a video on youtube about making these little pocket tags with a tag using my We are Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board.  I think they are so cute and the lady gave instructions  for a larger pocket tag as well.  How handy is that.  Of course my bow tying skills are lacking so I would probably just tie a not in the seam binding next time.  I also used  some distress ink to edge the tags to give them some dimension.  I will probably have more of these in the near future to show you as well.  These would be so handy at Christmas Time...yes, I know...I said the "C" word.  Please forgive me....I didn't mean it!  Front and center are my two rolls of seam binding one white and one off white.  I use it for all my ribbon uses.  I can color it to match most every project I have.  I love that stuff!

Well that's it for me this morning.  Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday.  Now I'm off to visit as many of the participating desks as I can this morning!  See you there!

Hello Glenda,
I love the "tag" idea great to hold a "gift card" at any time of year.
I really like my seam binding as well. I have the cream and white they are the most versatile for colouring them to match a project.
Happy crafting

Cool pocket and tag! I saw her blog post but haven't watched the video yet. Sweet, I have the envelope punch board and thought a pocket would be a nice way to hold my ATCs for the WOYWW swap. Thanks for the earlier visit! Hugs and Happy WOYWW! Nan G #8

Hello Glenda. Lovely tag in its pocket. A good nosey round your desk today. Didn't manage to enter CHAC6 'cos I have been manically busy going along the coast to visit hubby in hospital. Hopefully he won't be there too much longer - but he really isn't well enough to come home yet...
Take care. God bless.

Hi Glenda,

I think your bows look just fine! I hadn't thought of coloring ribbon to match the cardstock. I do love the distressed edges of papers. That's one of the first things I started doing years ago. It definitely adds something to the cards!

Thanks for visiting me already.

Happy belated WOYWW
