WOYWW #222 Tea Box...

Good morning everyone and welcome to WOYWW !      If you are wondering what this is, it stands for What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday and it's a little madness started by Miss Julia over at http://stamping-ground.blogspot.com
She has all the details posted over there.  Now here is my desk this morning...

My Tea Box from last week.  All finished and ready to add tea bags.  The top comes off for adding more tea bags.  I really love these boxes and want to make several for Christmas.  I've also been pulling some things from my stash to work on an altered art piece.  I'm hoping this can come together quickly.

Well ladies that does it for me this morning.  I'm off to visit as many blogs as I can today.

This is beautiful, Glenda! Those flowers are so elegant. I've never made one of these before. Is there a template, or did you just make up the design yourself? xoxo

That box is stunning, Glenda. Are you sure it is really only for tea bags. I'd want to use it for something really precious. It's so beautiful, and will make a wonderful Christmas present. Well done.
Have a great week.

Hello Miss Glenda,it's a pleasure to meet another Magpie, and what a Talented one you are,my wings are clapping :O). Your cards are freaking GORRRRGEOUS, this tea can is outstanding work. Imagine 2 magpies in a row, that was meant to be, I scrolled back to Jan all I kept saying was WOW, each card soooo beautiful. Today's post with your beautiful little mixed media project, you don't reall need to learn more, really, there is no rhyme or reason with mix media, if you like it just white, leave it,your the controller of your art, it truly doesn't matter how other do it, I think it's gorgeous both ways. To see those 2 little darlings Bella and Maggie once a week is fabulous, they are the cutest things, so sweet. I have joined you blog now and will be back to visit, it was a pleasure visiting your nest, oh and your nest is so tidy, hhmm I'm a messy nester LOL..

I love these tea boxes you make. Hmmmm, bet you could do something fabulous with gesso and mixed media on these. You've really got me intrigued after seeing your mixed media project.
