It is the day after Christmas and we are all winding down trying to get back on track. The packages are gone from under the tree and the house is quiet once again. I woke to wind and rain as a cold front is moving through. So many people all around us are having severe weather, and I feel very lucky to live where I do and to just have the rain....people to the South of me are experiencing severe storms and to the North of me, there is snow.
So I'm here to share with you a card I have made for
Heartfelt Creations.
Heartfelt Creations Products Used:
HCPC 3497 Script Aster Background PreCut Set
HCPC 3494 Delicate Asters PreCut Set
HCD 726 Delicate Asters Die
Other Supplies: Spellbinders dies (Floral Ovals,
Romantic Rectangles, Fancy Lattice, Venetian Motifs), glue, glitter, clear
acrylic spray, Paper Blossoms tool kit, Canson watercolor paper, Memento Ink,
Paper Studios Sticky Doos
Instructions:
Card Size 4 1/4" X 5 1/2"
Make card base and then cut out the rectangle die and glue
to the card base. Next I stamped and cut
out the leaves and swirls and also cut out the lattice; I applied glue to these
items and then sprinkled glitter over them and allowed to dry. When dry, I sprayed with the acrylic to keep
the glitter from coming off my project.
Next I stamped and cut out the flower petals and shaped them the way I
wanted them to look and glued them together.
Now I glue the lattice piece to my card base. I stamped the sentiment and cut out using the
ovals die and attached it with sticky doos over the lattice. Now comes the fun
part; decide where you want the flowers and leaves and swirls to go and glue
them down. Your card is now finished.
