Welcome to Heartfelt Creations Wednesday.......

Good morning everyone and welcome to Heartfelt Creations Wednesday!  I'm here this morning to share another project I did for Heartfelt Creations using the Sweet Juliet Collection.

Heartfelt Creations Products Used:
HCDP1 237 Antiquity Paper Collection
HCPC 3566 Beautiful Juliet PreCut Set
HCD 740 Sweet Juliet Die

Other Supplies: Canson watercolor paper, Ranger Distress Ink, Memento Ink, White card stock, Spellbinders Exquisite Labels Eleven, brad, Scor -Tape

Instructions:  Card Size 5” X 7”
Make card base using watercolor paper for stability, and cover with a piece of the pretty paper.  Use Distress inks to shade around the edges of the card.  Next cut out one of the labels and stamp the image on the center. (I used watercolor paper for this piece too.)  Color the image and place piece back into the die and use distress ink to go around the edge of the center part of the die cut.  Attach this piece to the card base.  Next I cut out the flower petals and the leaves and colored them with distress inks.  I used the brad to mount my flower and glued down the leaves and the flower.  The card is finished.

I'm so glad you stopped by this morning.  Now if you would like some more inspiration, just head over to the HC blog and have a look around.  There is so much talent on display there today!   Also, if you haven't voted for the new design team you should do that now.  The voting ends on Friday.  We are all on pins and needles waiting to see who the lucky people are.  Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Well that does it for me this morning.  I'm off to visit my design team sisters blogs and have a good look around.  I always love to see what they have been doing!  So you have a good day and may it be filled with lots of joy!

I really like your color choices. The muted background with the very bright flower is a very pleasing contrast. Thanks for this wonderful project!

Such a clever use of this stamp. I would never have thought to lay it on its side, but I love the look. This card has a really wonderful "painterly" quality that I just love. Your gorgeous work never fails to inspire me. I always find some sweet detail that speaks to me.
