Inspiration Wednesday with Heartfelt Creations....

Good morning friends of Heartfelt Creations!  As we finish with the Patchwork Daisy Collection and begin to look forward to the Floral Fashionista Collection coming next Wednesday, I would like to make this offering to you.  You know how much I love a good tag right?  Well a very large tag just makes my heart sing!   I found when I started working on this one, when it came time to decorate, I just couldn't stop!  True, it is what some would call a little over the top, but I just love how it turned out.  Can you tell I just cannot do clean and simple?

Instructions: My tag size is 5 1/4 x 8 3/4". Cut two pieces of cardstock 5 1/4 x 7 1/2" and glue together for added strength and stability. Cover with a piece of the paper collection and edge with Paradise Teal ink. Cut out the two decorative pieces and glue to the top and bottom corner of the tag.
Stamp the flowers using various inks and stamp the leaves with Stazon ink. Cut out using coordinating dies. Color the leaves with Bamboo Leaves Memento ink and then layer into the mold. Spritz with water and run through the Vagabond 2. Lay out to dry. Use the Deluxe flower shaping kit to shape the flower petals. I spritzed the back of the petals with a bit of water to make them easier to shape. Lay the flowers out to dry. Once dry glue two layers together
Cut out one of the tickets from the paper collection and use dimensional tape to adhere to the tag. When the flowers and leaves are dry arrange where you like and glue down using the hot glue gun.

Oh, Glenda, I KNOW! It's so hard to stop, especially when you have such pretty things to work with. I've been trying to train myself in the ways of CAS, partly because I love the look, but also because I have so many cards to make and mail and sell. The thing is, I love this look, too, and with a tag you can really let your hair down and go for it. I'm so glad you just let it go with the flow for this beautiful thing!
