Good morning everyone. It is once again Inspirational Wednesday with Heartfelt Creations and I'm here to share another project with you! We are continuing the Christmas in July theme using the O Holy Night Collection and I find I love all the products! I've always been a huge fan of Christmas so this is right up my ally! Instructions: My card base is 6 x 6". Make Card base out of white cardstock and cover with one of the card fronts. Cut a piece of silver cardstock 5 x 5" and adhere using the dimensional tape. Cut another piece of the paper that is 4 3/4 x 4 3/4" and glue it to the silver cardstock. Add glitter to the piece of the paper just to add a bit of interest. Set aside to dry.
Using Rich Cocoa Memento ink stamp the scroll onto white cardstock. Use the coordinating die to cut it out. Using a sponge dauber and the Tea Die ink distress the edges of the scroll. Using the Dove Blender Pen and New Sprout and Bamboo Leaves Memento Ink, color the leaves on the scroll and add glitter to the candle holder and candle then set aside to dry. I also used Scattered Straw Distress Ink to color the flame on the candle. Once dry use dimensional tape and adhere to card front.
Using Rhubarb Stalk Memento Ink and stamp the poinsettia petals onto white cardstock. Color with Lady Bug Memento Ink and use the coordinating die to cut out. Next stamp the leaves onto white cardstock using Rich Cocoa Memento Ink. Color using New Sprout and Bamboo Leaves and then use the coordinating die to cut out. Lay the flower petals and leaves into the poinsettia mold and spritz with water. Cover and run through the Vagabond machine to shape the flowers. Set aside to dry. Once dry add the prills to the centers of the flowers and glitter to the edges of the petals. Let dry and then glue onto the scroll and let dry.
Cut out the medallion from white cardstock and stamp the sentiment onto the center of the die cut. I used Lady Bug Memento Ink for this. I used a sponge and glue to add glitter to the top and bottom of the die cut. Set aside to dry. When dry use dimensional tape to adhere it to the top of the card.
