Good morning everyone and welcome to another Heartfelt Creations Wednesday.  I'm here this morning to share another card I made using the Singing in the Rain Collection from Heartfelt Creations!

My card size is 5 1/2 X 5 1/2.  Make card base and cover with a piece of the paper collection.  Stamp, color and cut out the image and the flowers.  Add the Crystal Clear to the image and then adhere to card front using dimensional tape.  Shape the flowers and set aside to dry.  Once dry, glue to the card front and then cut out one of the tags from the paper collection and again use dimensional tape to adhere to card front.
