Coral Floral.....

Good morning everyone!  I hope you had a lovely Christmas and that you are ready to leap into the New Year.  This morning I have a card to share with you as we continue along with the Camelia Carnation Collection from Heartfelt Creations!  I never used to even try to make a carnation, but with these stamps, dies and the flower molds, Heartfelt Creations has made it a snap to create these beautiful leafy flowers!

Instructions:
My card size is 4 1/4 X 5 1/2.  Make card base and cover with one of the card fronts from the paper collection.  Color the seam binding with the Coral Ink and scrunch it and leave to dry.  Stamp the flowers with Pearlescent Coral and then cut out with corresponding dies.  Stamp the leaves with Bamboo Leaves Memento Ink and then color with Cottage Ivy Ink. Cut out using the corresponding dies.  Run the flower petals through the Sizzix  machine with the Floral Basics Shaping Mold and then continue shaping with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit.  Use hot glue to make the flowers and then add the Crystal Clear to the edges.

When everything is dry tie a bow with the seam binding and glue down.  Decide on the placement of the flowers and leaves and glue down.  Once everything is dry, the card is finished.

Unbelievable, really. Makes me long for spring, and winter is barely started! Look at that gorgeous bow, too. Your ink-dyed, scrunchy bows are the best, right along with your flowers! Happy new year, Glenda!
