Circle Plumeria Card....

Good morning everyone and welcome once again to Heartfelt Creations Wednesday!  I am here sharing another creation using the Tropical Paradise Collection.  I love the bold colors and the wonderful images as well as those Plumeria flowers!  The closest thing to a tropical paradise that I have ever experienced is the Dog Days of Summer in East Tennessee.  August can be very tropical but not actually in a good way! I have to admit I had never seen a Plumeria before so I had to go looking for a picture to know what the finished flower should be.  As it turns out, I love these flowers and hope you enjoy them as they grace the front of my cards for the next few weeks!

Instructions:
You can watch this video to help you to learn how to shape the beautiful Plumeria flowers:   https://youtu.be/6B5t9exttw0

My card size is 5 X 7.  Make card base and emboss the front using the embossing folder. Set it aside. Next I cut out layers using the rectangles dies and different cardstocks.  I also used a piece of the paper collection as there are several layers of this die.  Glue the layers together and then use dimensional tape and glue to adhere to the card front.  I picked out an image from one of the card fronts of the paper collection and I cut it out using the circle die.  Next I again used the circle dies and cut out a frame using the teal cardstock.  This is achieved by just using the two largest dies.  Glue the circle frame to the image and use dimensional tape and glue to adhere to the rectangles on the card front.  Now stamp, cut out, color the flowers and leaves.  Dampen the backs of the flowers and shape then add some glitter to the petals and set aside to dry.  Next glue the flowers and leaves down around the circle medallion.  When the glue is dry, your card is finished!

Maybe it's the colors I love so much, but these appear to me some of the most striking flowers yet. You've done such a beautiful job with them. And the inner image is just the coolest thing ever. I had to go look, and some are sold out already. I love the parrot!
