Thinking of You....

Good morning everyone!  I'm here this morning to share my second card posted on the Heartfelt Creations Blog last Wednesday.

I just love this sweet little sitting hummingbird and let him carry the card .  My card is not over the top busy; just sort of clean and simple lines.

My card is 4 1/4" X 5 1/2".  Make card base and cover with a piece of the paper collection.  Stamp the sentiment and cut out with the oval die; attach with dimensional tape to the card front.  Use hot glue to add the pearl to the sentiment.  Stamp, cut out, color and shape flower and hummingbird.  Add Flower Soft to the center of the flower.  Add glitter to the hummingbird and set aside to dry.  Cut a piece of the trim from one of the papers and adhere to the card front.  Hot glue a piece of the pearl trim over that.  Now use dimensional tape and adhere the sitting hummingbird.  Next glue down the flower.

Hi there Magpie. Bit slow popping over, life happens, been a number of full on days, hopefully respite tomorrow. Love the card, popped over and watched some of the video. Glad I don't live in US as they're too expensive for me to even consider here in Oz. :D
Such beautiful work dear friend. Thanks for the inspiration.

Hi Glenda,
What a cute card! Is the hummingbird part of the stamp set? I love the colors you've chosen - so talented!!

Sometimes you just have to love those clean and simple lines, and this one is beautiful! That plump little hummingbird is so cute, especially with the pretty colors and sparkle. Love the paper in the background. Green is such a versatile color and always works for nature-themed cards. Pretty trim there and, of course, a gorgeous orchid!
