What's on My Workdesk? Wednesday #321

Welcome to another international blog hop started by miss Julia.  You can get all the details on her blog by clicking her name above.  We all come together on Wednesday and take a picture of our desk and blog about what we are doing in our world. Next we link it to Julia's blog and then we can visit each other and have a little snoop around everyone's space!

So as you can see there is nothing going on in my creative world right now.  I know it is only the middle of the week but my poor body feels like it is all over but the crying!  I have worked in the garden, worked in the yard, worked in the house and I am just worked out for now.  I just need to sit in a vegetative state and do nothing for a day...or two....or three.  My poor desk looks lonely this morning with one tiny butterfly looking like it landed and went to sleep there. So please forgive me for not having a more interesting photo to share with you.

You can scroll down a bit and see the jars of green beans I have be canning and see what my world has been lately.  I am getting close to the end of the season for my garden and the clean-up has begun.  More hard dirty work but so rewarding and such good exercise for this old woman.  I whine a lot, but I truly love watching plants grow; it gives such a feeling of accomplishment.

So there you have it, a clean desk today and not much hope of messing it up until maybe tomorrow!

I get the feeling something is about to happen there, impending crafty making session is needed to mess up such a clean and tidy space ! ha ha!

Hi Glenda, and thanks for popping by my desk. Your desk might be idle but it seems you've been extra busy - I too love being in the garden and yes the body lets me know I'm getting older. Have a lovely rest up and then you can do some crafting. Cheers and enjoy RobynO#15

That little butterfly looks very peaceful on your desk. Have a lovely rest and then I am sure you will wow us with your latest project.

You are very disciplined Glenda - I love the garden but faced with a space in my schedule creep into my craft room . I'm not averse to issuing orders to hubby though he went a bit mad a couple of weeks ago and has strained his wrist doing too much chopping with the secateurs. I keep telling him - little and often! Still when its all done you can feel virtuous when you retreat to your crafty space. Have a good veg out! Happy WOYWW Cindy #36

Hullo again Magpie,
Ahhh you need each time after working in the garden to come and soak in an Epsom salts bath, works wonders, I also use arnica cream too and rub it all over, works a treat, especially after weeding or digging. :D
Lovely tidy desk though mine hardly ever ever looks like that, ie is clear space at moment but then blink and it's not.

At least your desk is clean and tidy, just ready for something to happen. I would love to have a tidy area like that, just occasionally :)

You are working very hard! So many other priorities. But it's nice to have a clean and tidy desk, ready for wherever your creative juices flow.
Have a great week, (and don't work too hard...)

That is one empty desk, Glenda! Just put your green beans there and you won't know the difference! Happy Wednesday!

Hi Olga, I had something in my comments section of my dashboard that was not set properly. You had to be a member of something to leave a comment. I fixed that and went back to where it is showing you have to click on the box to show you arre not a robot.

I'm sorry that you're being punished for all the good work! There's a lot of autumn and winter time to spend at your desk, so I guess that the butterfly won't be lonely for too long! Love the angle of your photo....and look, no dust!!

I love to garden to but have been at a standstill with all our renovations we just started working outside so I now am finally starting to plan out my space from scratch which will be very exciting once it gets going so many things to look at on the net now lol hugs Nikki 8
