Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge #6 - Sketch Challenge with a twist...

Good morning everyone and welcome to challenge #6 at Craft Hoarders Anonymous! This is sort of a long post so get your cup of coffee or tea and lets have a little visit!  I'm so glad that you came!   Our sponsor for the whole month of April is Hampton Arts and they have supplied a most wonderful gift to be given away at the very end!  This wonderful crop case comes  minus the supplies of course.

Hampton Art, founded in 1980 in picturesque Long Island, NY, has been inspiring stampers, crafters and papercraft enthusiasts for over 20 years.  One of the earliest "art stamp" companies, Hampton has transformed over the years to become a complete provider of creative products such as stamps, inks, papers, kids crafts, stationery, scrapbooking supplies and card making accessories for crafters of every age and skill level.  We focus on working together with other companies through strong, personal relationships and licensing partnerships to consistently bring fun, inspiring products to market.  We have a portfolio of brands including Hampton Art, Studio G, Diffusion Ditto, and our latest addition, Ki Memories, acquired in 2012.  Our products can be found via most national craft retailers at over 5,000 stores across the US and Canada.  We also ship to 20 different countries across the globe.  Hampton was acquired by National Spinning Co., Inc. of  Washington, NC, our current home, in 2008.  For more information, visit our website.

Now here is the sketch you will need to follow:

Now the twist part of this challenge is for you to go into your hoard and find something old and something new to use on your project.  You have until midnight on May 4th to make your project and link it to the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog.  All the challenge rules and regulations are listed there as well.  I am so excited to see your projects!

Please note: You do NOT have to use Hampton Art products to enter the challenge. As long as your project uses the inspiration sketch, you may use whatever products you have in your stash!

Here is my card I created for this challenge:

My something old is the design paper, the script stamp I used on the flower petals and the flower die. My something new is the Studio G stamp the banner die and the clock dies.  I stamped the "Life is Good" and then fussy cut it to use on my card.  I love this stamp and you will be seeing more of it to come!

You can see what the design team members created by checking out the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge blog or you can click on their names on the sidebar of my blog and you will be taken to their individual blogs and you can comment on their projects.  Go and visit and leave them some love!  We all love hearing from you!

OK, now it's your turn...show me what you got!  I can't wait to see what you come up with and remember use some of that hoard!

Oh, I love the sketch and I especially love what you did with it! It's so great seeing the old and new combined. Still beautiful after all these years. That sentiment banner is fabulous, and those are the prettiest clock dies! Love the curled center petals on your flower. Just a lovely card, Glenda!
