Wishing You and Yours a Very Merry Christmas!

Good morning everyone!  I'm just running through this morning to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas.  I hope you are ready to go and have everything under control.  All my packages are wrapped and under the tree, food has been prepared and now I'm counting down until Christmas Eve.

Everyone comes to my house and we have a quick meal on Christmas Eve and then on Christmas Day I kick back and do absolutely nothing!  The Christmas Eve gathering has been a tradition in my family since as far back as I can remember and each year we continue to gather on this day.  I slow down here and there and remember such wonderful memories of my family through the years.  It brings a smile to this old face!

I want each of  you to know how much I appreciate your visits to my blog throughout the year.  Your kind comments have meant so much to me.

OK, I've chattered long enough this morning!  Merry Christmas to each and every one and may you have many blessings this most joyous holiday!  I'll see you after Christmas!

Hugs
Glenda

Good Morning Glenda. I do love a vintage Santa Claus. Like you I am finished all the chores and only have to ice some biscuits. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Crafty New Year. Hugs Rita xxx

We're just about ready here. No gifts under the tree yet--between my youngest and the cat, they wouldn't stay wrapped!
Your Christmas Eve sounds wonderful. Enjoy spending time with family and counting your blessings. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas Glenda!! Your family gathering sounds fun and I hope you enjoy yourself and then enjoy Christmas Day crafting a little perhaps?!!? Joe and I will have a quiet Christmas at home this year. I suppose I'm ready as I'll be this year...LOL... had to let a lot pass and a lot go (finally decided to skip cards and abandon the Dec Daily) due to being under the weather so long this month. Happy I'm feeling half way normal again!! On the plus side of not decorating much... is that I won't have much to store away next week!! Here's to a Healthy and Happy New Year for us all!! :)

Hi Glenda,

Merry Christmas to you and yours! My dad's girlfriend's birthday is December 24 so we usually go out and celebrate her birthday and then do something on Christmas day.

Hugs,
Kay

Well, dear friend...nothing is ready here...or under control! LOL I did finally get the tree decorated today, and I've baked a batch of cookies. Not one single card has been sent out...but the house is clean. I have done my grocery shopping...but no baking yet. Even though I'm less prepared than usual...it's the merriest Christmas ever in my heart because my sweet husband is here to celebrate with me. And you know what? That's all the Christmas I need this year! Much love and Merry Christmas to you!

It's wonderful to be all under control. I'm not finished but I'm not stressing either. I'm off now so it will all get done or if it doesn't no one will ever know:)

Merry Christmas to you and yours too!

Have a Merry Christmas with your family, Glenda. A quiet day here then going to friend's for lunch. Chuck makes the most delish meal using the tiniest oven I've ever seen! They're living in an RV as they're snowbirds. :) warm holiday hugs from Nan and the Girls.
