Good morning everyone! Did you enjoy the 4th of July? Good food, family and fun? Do you still have the rest of the weekend to do what you love? A lot of people have a 4 day weekend. We have had so much rain in these parts that most of us just sat and watched it rain. It reminded me of a rainy 4th of July many years ago when I spent the whole day in the hospital having my daughter. We kept thinking she was gonna be a firecracker but she waited until the wee hours of the morning on the 5th to make her appearance in this great big old world. Happy Birthday dear daughter! Although it has been many years, it seems like only yesterday and I can still remember her sweet little face the first time I saw her. Some things a mother never forgets.
This morning I want to share another project I did for Heartfelt Creations. This has nothing to do with my daughter's birthday, but I wanted to share.
Yes, that's right.... a Christmas tag! We better start now, if we want to have a jump on the holidays. They will be here before you know it; so like it or not, I begin now!
If you would like to see a list of products used and the instructions for making this easy tag, just head over to the Heartfelt Creations blog. It is listed there with everyone's projects for this week.
Well I guess that does it for me today. Do you have more wonderful plans for the rest of the holiday? As for me, I'm still playing catch up from when my back was in such bad shape and I will be playing in my craft room! I really fell behind and I went into craft shock from not being able to sit long enough to do anything. My craft is so important to me and so now I play!

Happy Birthday to your daughter, Glenda! Love your winter tag as well, after all with the rain you have been having it must seem like it has already come! Have a Fabulous Friday!
Wonderful Magpie - well done on your tag and happy birthday to daughter dear! Shaz in Oz.x
Beautiful paper on your tag with the subtle bird image and snowflakes. All so very soft and peaceful. I know what you mean about craft shock. A girl can only go just so long. Happy birthday to your sweet baby girl!
This tag is just beautiful Glenda! I really should make more tags ... thanks for inspiration!
A belated Happy Birthday to your daughter. Yes, my daughter is 40+ and I can still remember every moment of the 24 hours leading up to her arrival and that 1st time I held her in my arms. You're right ... there are some things a mother NEVER forgets! Precious Moments!!
Have a wonderful weekend (going to be wet here too).
Hugs from OHIO!
Beautiful tag!!!
Oh, how I love this delicate vintage tag! You captured that sweet image and elevated it with your beautiful stamping and embossing. There's something really special about this one, Glenda. All your work is beautiful, but this tag speaks to my heart. I have a moment's rest from a house full of company, but they'll be back in time for dinner. Guess I'd better get busy!
