Another Christmas Card....

Good morning everyone!  Happy weekend!  This morning I'm here to share another Christmas card with you.  I'm on a roll and hoping to finish soon!  Having been sick for two weeks really put me  behind and so I'm really looking for quick and easy cards to finish up my list!  This cute little Mo Manning digital picture is one of my favorites.  I printed her onto watercolor paper and colored with the Distress Inks.  I used a spellbinders die to cut her out and then traced around the same die and used scissors to cut out a mat for this image.  Next I found some sparkly paper as a background, cut some beautiful corners and there you have it.  The corners are a Marianne die that I just love.  I think they make an elegant statement.  I will be entering this in the challenge at Joan's Gardens

What do you have planned for the day?  Do you still have shopping to do?  If you do just be careful out there and for goodness sake, take a moment and "Breathe"!   As for me there will be no shopping today.  I can't stand the crowds and the crazy traffic.  I will wait for another weekday to do my shopping.

Beautiful card!! Not a thing wrong with quick simple... more fun for you and I think they turn out elegant. I'm glad to read you're feeling better too! We went today to a tree farm about an hour away in the NC mountains to cut our Christmas tree. We got a giant.... 11 feet and only $35. We always look forward to our tree cutting every year. :o) Hope you're enjoying the Christmas season more now that you're feeling better!

DARLING! Well, it is official. NO Christmas cards from me (again!) this year. I'm sure I'm breaking some sacred card maker's vow. But in order to "Breathe", that is something that is going to get nixed off the "To Do" list!
