Good morning ladies, it is once again time to join in this madness of Julia's and show everyone my mess! You can go along over to Julia's Blog ad see what all this hustle is about! Every Wednesday we take a picture of our creative space and link it to Julia's blog so that the whole world can see. I must admit that some days I'm so ashamed to let you see but I've become quite addicted to this madness and must follow along each Wednesday that I can. Sometimes I go ahead and take a picture when I've been doing something because most Wednesdays I'm in between projects and my actual workspace is so small, I must give it a good cleaning before I start another!
I have been working on a tea box! I've been seeing these on several blogs and it is such a cute idea .... so I just had to give it a try. If you have an interest, you can find the PDF file here: http://www.andreawalford.com/projectideas/teabagholder.pdf The box on my desk is done with watercolor paper because it is more sturdy than regular cardstock. I just wanted to see how the instructions worked and it worked just fine! I'm hoping to do several of these for Christmas gifts! I also have some Wild Orchid Crafts flowers and some Spellbinders leaves to help decorate the top of my box.
Well that's about it for me this morning. I'm going after my second cup of coffee and then I'm off to travel the world and check in on everyone's desks! Have a great day!

That tea box is very pretty - delicate and oriental. I like it very much!! xx
This is beautiful! Absolutley love the colours, and know what you mean about having to tidy between projects - my dining room table is my craft desk and sometimes everything just gets 'pushed to the edge' so there's room for dinner!
Love this tea box, Glenda. I would love to see it finished! Great idea and your desk looks quite good to me. Have a fun day, not too much cleaning!
Thanks for stopping by my blog! Love the idea of a hand made tea box! Will definately have to try this out with my kids! You are so right that it would make a great gift!-Amanda #45

You work tidy and tidy up in between - any time you wanna visit Glenda, just lemme know!! Tea box - great idea...am going to fdollow the link, thank you. The papers you've chosen are perfect if you ask me, soo pretty.
Beautiful box Glenda, love the paper choice. I generally craft better if my space isn't too cluttered up anyway, I seem to lose my mojo if it's really untidy!
