WOYWW 99

If you are wondering what the heck is going on here; just head on over to Julia's Blog and have a little look around.  Each Wednesday Julia hosts this crazy, addictive, get together and everyone links a picture of their work space.  Then you can visit all the blogs you wish to and see what everyone is doing in their own little world!  You can see all kinds of projects, all kinds of messiness, like mine, and frankly I just love looking around!  You can get some great ideas for storage and also some projects.  So if you are feeling a little froggy come join us!  But again I warn you, do this at your own risk, because it is addictive!

I don't have too much going on today...I'm working on an altered tin and trying to decide on what kind of floral things to put on the top.  Also the sides of the can "Need Something" and I've not quite decided what to do with all that open space.  But if I look at it long enough it will come to me.  I'm working with Wild Orchid Crafts flowers and some copper metallic paint and Pearl Ex of course...some glossy accents .  I'm not really into the messy stage just yet...just making decisions.  Once that is done, the fun starts and the paper and tape get to flying.  I'll take a picture of that for next week's WOYWW!

Have a great day and I'm off to visit!

OOoh! This is awesome. I am always hesitant to pull out the gloopy stuff. I get lazy about clean up. Once it's out though, it is so fun. Can't wait to see this once it's done.

I forgot it's Wed. wow like I live under a rock some days. Your desk looks fun but I hate it when I waste time wondering. Good Luck with your project

Good luck with your altered tin - you may get some inspiration from fellow WOYWWers.

I saw your card on your next post, it's beautiful and I do hope that Arthur has finally gone away xx

Thanks for visiting my desk earlier.

Looks like you're a busy lady Glenda. I wonder if some ribbon would be nice around the can?

Busy desk! I am like your plugging along making decisions as I go as to what will finish up the project. I have a friend though that knows from step one to finish before she ever sets down to start work. Thanks for sharing. Vickie aka okienurse #35

Will have to come back to see the finished piece and I agree with Ciara some ribbon would look nice round the tin.
