Missing in Action.....

Good morning everyone.  I'm just running through this morning to let you know I'm still here even though I've been missing in action lately.  It's Spring in East Tennessee and with that comes lots of work in the yard and in the garden.  I've been plowing through like a over the hill power ranger but there is just so much to do.  I'm afraid I've neglected my faithful followers and I just need to let you know I'm still here.

I still have not finished my latest mini album but I still love each page I've finished.  The fold out has a little pocket with lace and bling on a string and the full page has a corner element which serves as a pocket as well.  It isn't showing here but I did add some glitter along the flowers for just a hint of sparkle. ( I always wear glitter in my eyebrows)

Well I'm not sure when I will be back through...but please don't go far.  I truly enjoy your friendship and will definitely be back soon.  Today I'm planting green beans and potatoes in my garden.  I already planted cabbage and a few tomatoes. Next will be peppers and squash.  I love watching veggies grow in my garden. This afternoon I need to mow so my day will be crammed full of little chores!

Thanks for the update Glenda. Lovely mini album. One is on my bucket list!
I too have been MIA, got to spend time visiting my family in Cedar Rapids and shop ! With 3 grands things are hecticat that house. Enjoy your gardening. My hubby has a few things started, but busy also with baby calves, planting corn and spraying. It's been 75 but terrible winds. We need rain. Have a lovely week.

It's lovely to see you whenever you have a chance to drop in, Glenda! I enjoy every glimpse of your latest mini-album. Each one is such a work of art. Spring is a busy time, especially when you're trying to get the veggies in. But what rewarding work, and good to keep yourself active. I only do ornamental gardening now, but it keeps me on my toes. I love hearing about all you're doing. I think it's such a wonderful lifestyle.

Your album is looking lovely! And it sounds like you've been playing hard in your garden... the weather has been lovely. We just spent some vacation time in your beautiful state, but in the western side. We enjoyed the gorgeous drive through your area both ways!!

So good to see you pop in and totally understand where you're coming from. Still too cool here in Ohio to start gardening but the cleaning of flower beds and yard treatment is all underway. Life is short ... do what makes you happy ... speaking for myself ... I will come to visit anytime your name pops up in my email box. Enjoy the sunshine!
