Mini Page - Once Upon a Time

Good morning friends.  I am here this rainy Monday morning to share with you a page of my latest mini-album.  I always say mini, but it's not mini at all.  I love the 8 1/2 X 6 1/2 size and am totally addicted to these wonderful pieces of art.

This page has a corner pocket made using a die cut from Heartfelt Creations. The paper as well as the flower stamps and dies are also from Heartfelt Creations.  I love the gorgeous colors used in these papers and I coordinated my seam binding and flower colors to match.  I also used some pretty lace along the top of the page and some bling along the curve of the pocket.  To make the tags, I just cut out a piece of the paper and backed it with black cardstock.  As you can see I love using Heartfelt Creations products and making my own pieces to decorate my album.

That's it for me this morning.  Be sure and come back tomorrow morning as the Heartfelt Creations Alumni Design Team will be having our monthly blog hop. Hope to see you then!

WOW...so very old time lovely..Get idea for the black backing. I struggled with that last week, kraft was just not right and neither was my brain that day !!! Just want to turn the pages as I drooled over this. GREAT JOB, and happy to know you are enjoying putting it all together. Sending you sunshine, even though there's none here either. Have a great week.

I always wondered why it was called "mini" because it really isn't mini, but it sure is gorgeous! The Heartfelt collections probably make it difficult for an enthusiast like you to resist making an album with every single collection. Nobody showcases Heartfelt better!

Oh My Stars! This is just downright gorgeous! You are the QUEEN of FLOWERS AND MINI ALBUMS! You never disappoint my friend! Tell you what ... I'll make you a deal ... we will get together ... I will bring my die collection and you can teach me how to make one of these beauties ... how's that sound? LOL
I really need to try to make one of these but it would take me FOREVER I know ... I started an 'album' (of sorts) a few years back and it's STILL laying here unfinished. Uugh!
Hugs and Happy Day! Stay warm & dry ... I hear there's another winter storm on the way.
