WOYWW #166

Good morning everyone and welcome to What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday!  Each Wednesday we take a picture of our desks and blog about it and then we link to Julia Dunnit's blog; this enables us to visit each other and have a good look around.  I find I am truly addicted to this little Wednesday adventure and love visiting as many of the desk as I possibly can each week.  I don't think I've ever actually made it to all the desks but each and every week I vow to do better.  One of these days I will be able to boast I did it!

Not much going on here this morning.  I actually have a few things to put away, but for the most part you can actually see a lilttle bit of clean space.  It has been a crazy week for me and I haven't accomplished a thing really.  I've been very busy, but nothing has been completed and a couple of things were trashed because I just didn't like the way they were working out.  I know you have had those days yourself and it can be so frustrating.

Ok, so now I'm off to visit you guys...right after I get my coffee!  Have a good day and I hope you have time to create!

Your desk looks enticing and ready for action. I wouldn't worry about not getting around to everyone each week, do what you are comfortable with.

Happy crafting.

Actually, Glenda, I've been in the same boat as you this week. I've been incredibly busy this week, but have achieved no crafting at all! All birthday stuff, visiting, taking my dad to hospital appointments etc. I'm looking forward to some 'me time' back in my craft room!

Hi Glenda,

The first thing I notice is the jar of paintbrushes. Then the white organizer that says "Glenda's Mess." Maybe I should have one for my desk..... tee hee

Thanks for visiting me already. I also love it when you stop by.

Happy WOYWW

Hi Glenda! Sorry to hear you have had a week of mostly chasing your tail. I hate it when that happens, but it does, and then things turn around. Hope you have a great crafty week this week! Darnell #102

I have an Ott Light just like yours, but never thought to put sticky notes on it. :-)

My Distress Inks are labeled with the same kind of labels. I have labels on two sides, cuz it drove me crazy to have to turn it around three times (usually, lol) to find out what it was. :-)

Happy Woyww!

Hi Glenda,
Well we do all have lives apart from art so fair enough to be 'doing' elsewhere. I love the pink post-its to yourself (presumeably). Glad someone writes notes and leaves them in strategic places.
Thanks for calling in to Wildcards. I have re-read this silly policy again and again and find it quite ambiguous. I think they must be referring to some sort of unfair play that I haven't come across before. I don't imagine that you need to re-think your use of them, but I am going to drop them a note.
Bye for now.

I like the pink post it notes on the lamp! Nice to see a bit of clean space but I prefer it when you've got it all messed up, so I hope you can get back in there soon. Have a go at the knitting Glenda, I'm self taught for the most part! And I can only do plain stitches, nothing fancy!

Your desk is extremely tidy compared to mine……you actually have a space on your desk to work in!
Loving the storage at the back with ‘Glenda’s Mess’ on, it really brought a smile to my face.

Thanks for visiting this week.
Happy Crafting!
