Whats on Your Workdesk? Wednesday #157

So if you are wondering what the heck this WOYWW stuff is; each week we take a picture of our desk and post it on our blog.  Then we go to Julia's blog and link it there.  Then you can visit desks from all over the world and see what everyone has going on.

As some of you recall, last week was the 3rd. anniversary for WOYWW!  As part of the celebration, some of the participants chose to exchange ATCs.  Well mine came on Monday and I was so excited to receive the ATC and a lovely card from Joyce Lofton in AL!  http://joynana-lovethatpaper.blogspot.com

Would you just look at that gorgeous ATC!  I absolutely love it!  So much attention to detail and the colors are to die for!  And check out the card!  Just lovely Joyce.  Thank you so very much for both of these.

Well my desk is actually pretty clean so I won't bore you with that this week.  I just really wanted to show off this lovely set of cards.  I will keep them always!

Now I'm off to check out all the other desks this week.  Come join us at http://stamping-ground.blogspot.com

Catching up again (what else is new?!). Your projects have been amazing as always!
I love this red card--what a great thing to receive! I took a card class last weekend and we used what I think must be a similar technique to make baby cards.
Hope you're enjoying summer. We've had a sudden heat wave which is supposed to pass again by the weekend, so I'm enjoying it while I can! Happy Wednesday!

What a lovely atc you received.
I was once told that poppies do not come up every year unless you turn them over. So get the spade out (or get someone to do it for you) and give the soil a good old turn over - maybe next year you will reap the benefits.

Oh, how fun! Love Joyce's use of color. Red is one of my favorite colors, but I hardly ever stamp with it. Probably because there's not a lot of reds in designer papers. Guess I shouldn't rely on those papers so much. Thanks for sharing Joyce's card and lovely ATC.

This ATC swap was definitely fun, wasn't it? (I'm pondering how Joyce might have made that card, since it looks like a one layer, but the color is so smooth, it doesn't look like it was misted over a mask. . .) Hope you are having a good crafty week. Thanks for visiting my blog. ~ Laura #101

Glenda we are partners in receipt of loveliness from Joynana, so I totally share your appreciation and enjoyment. This post around the globe thing is so much fun!

Glenda, so glad that you like it. I had so much fun making them and wish that I had made more. The card is just some that I throw together. I love writing letters and notes to my friends and family. And I just hate to buy that stuff when I can make better.

Oooh, aren't you a lucky lady?! I'm not into ATC's, but that one looks lovely and the card is beautiful.

Thanks for your comment on my WOYWW post. I'm glad you liked the Red, White and Blue!
