What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday? Week #154

Happy Wednesday everyone and welcome to WOYWW!  What is this you are wondering?  Well every Wednesday morning you can take a picture of your desktop and post it on your blog.  Then head on over to Julia Dunnit's blog and she provides a link where you can link your post.  Then you can visit everyone on the list and have a little look around and see what they are doing.
My life has been chaos lately and I don't have a lot going on here at the moment.  My Mojo is moving and I think she forgot to tell me where she is going!  Too many chores, I think!  I found some new brushes to play in ink with and some sculpty dough and I haven't put those things way yet.  Just mostly things that need to be put back in the cabinet and hidden away.  I'm hoping next week there will be a little more activity here.

I did get a new shelf for my dies.  These, being one of my many addictions, have become quite a problem to store.  This shelf will help tremendously.  I still have several I need to get into the CD cases.  Wish me luck!

Now I'm off to visit some of the other girls!  I do so enjoy that part of my Wednesday!  Have a great day!

Ooh! What a lot of dies - my fingers are itching to see what they do! I'm addicted to them too... the trouble is I'm addicted to too many crafty things! Happy Wednesday! Gabrielle #24

Like Gabrielle above, I am addicted too but I don't store mine quie as neatly as yours, if I did I would likely get a shock at how many I have - lol. I wish it was my only addition in craft! Great working space you have there and thanks for visiting me too.

Glenda at least you managed a picture this week. I could not get anywhere near my desk, as like you I had too many other things going on. Hopefully by Friday I should be up and running again. Hugs Rita xx

I just noticed where you live, I lived for awhile in Jefferson County and use to work in Your Super Scrapbook store in Sevierville, have you been there? As a matter of fact if you look at my desk you will see an old gift card from them beside my lamp! We are not too far away from each other! waving hi from the hills of North Carolina :)

Your desk looks as fun as always, Glenda, and don't worry about the mojo being missing, its spring and she will come back with a butterfly attached to her wings, I am sure a beautiful one! Have a wonderful day, just don't work too hard. Hugs

Your desk looks creative but I love the CD rack with stamps stored in it. I'm a CD girl too and think it is the best storage system. Those brushes look great for stippling on journals.

Thanks for visiting me.

Sometimes you just have to go with the flow and get on with what needs to be done, I've been like that for a couple of weeks now. Great die storage, and wow, don't you have a lot!!

When the mojo goes, tidying and organizing is the best plan - I am always surprised at how the ideas flow fast again just by sorting thru my stash :) Your rack looks a lot like MY rack but taller spaces. I like yours better :) Funny thing is I think we have at least 2 useful things like that back in storage in the USA :)

a day late

I love the rack at the back of your desk - functional AND pretty!

In answer to your question, when I mount my stamps onto EZ mount or Kling-on, you get space round the stamp that is sticky from the glue, and I coat the glue with a very light dusting of baby powder to stop it being so sticky, and messing up my scissors! Even being scrupulously careful and using as much of the mounting foam as you can, you can't stick the stamps edge to edge cos you'll never cut round them, and this just makes life easier...

Thanks for stopping by!

Oh yeah Glenda, true to say. You have more than a handful of dies then!! the shelf is a great find. Your mojo will work her way back...I've been swamped by chores this week too and rewarded myself with n afternoon at my desk today....didn't really feel like it, but it turned out great !

I'm impressed with all those dies. How wonderful. My friend bought hers from Sizzix, and I bet she spent a LOT more money on her storage than you did on yours. Great find. Thanks for dropping by earlier in the week. Happy belated WOYWW from number 5.
