WOYWW #147

What is WOYWW you ask?  What's on Your Work Desk Wednesday.  And here it is in all it's glory!  A little messy...right?  Not too bad actually.  I'm beginning work on some cards and I'm just forming ideas and playing with some different techniques to see how different papers react as well as different inks, etc.  You get the picture.  I've been pulling digital images off the computer and printing them and I've done some stamping and I have some ink pads pulled out as well.  Also my trusty cup of coffee.  In the background ,to the right, you see my Zutter Distrezz-It-All.  I love that thing!  Then off to the left is my push back pile, waiting to be put away.  It also contains some flower petals that have been cut and are waiting to be inked and shaped to make pretty flowers.  I have several projects in the planning stages and this is how I roll!  Sometimes, my brain just gets way ahead of my fingers and I start bouncing from one thing to the next....now don't worry.....it all comes together......eventually!  If not, I've had a whale of a time playing!

Now if you would like to play along, just go over to Julia's blog and you can get all the particulars on this madness there!  Take a picture of your desk and link it up to the blog and then you can visit all the other bloggers that have also linked their desks.  I spend most of the day on Wednesday's trying to get around to everyone.  I have never quite made it to all the desks, but I just love looking at other people's desks and seeing what they have going on.

Well that's it for me this week.  I'm off to visit and look at everyone's mess.  Come join the fun....You show me yours...I've shown you mine!

An inspiring desk you show us. Especially in this stage of crafting. Mostly I start playing too before I start with a project. Collecting all the colours, papers and stamps together is also important. Thanks for sharing and hope you have an inspiring WOYWW. Bye, Franka

What a clean, yet fun looking desk this morning. It is amazing at how much is put on the top everytime we do a project. Hope you are enjoying your day, Glenda!

Hi Glenda,

Isn't it fun to have our crafty goodness all around us. It definitely lifts my spirits and gets the mojo flowing! Sometimes it actually flows right over the edge of the table!

Hoping you are doing well.

Hugs,

I know what you meant about bouncing from one project to the next as I do that too, until the chaos over takes my desk and then I have to finish up at least one thing just so I can clear it out! lol waving hi from my balcony in the hills of North Carolina :)

The stamping on kraft in the foreground looks pretty. I think we all need someone to put things away for us (in places we designate, obviously, so stuff doesn't get lost!) Wouldn't that be great! Never happen, though. Happy Friday, from #151.

Hi Glenda, I'm with you as I often have 2-3 projects on the go and switch between them depending on my mood - and if they don't get finished I have a 'leftovers' box they all go in to rummage later!

Great desk, thanks for sharing

I am with you, Glenda, having loads of different projects on the go all at once. As I am so late visiting this week, I have been looking through all your later posts too. Lovely blossom on your trees. Ours are not quite so advanced. Thank you for your visit and I am glad to report that the bees are diminishing and that Flash is running round like an idiot again. Have a good week. xx Maggie #7
